2022 Pre-Primary Candidate Endorsements

To win endorsement, candidates had to receive at least 60% support from our members. All endorsed candidates received support well above the qualifying minimum, and in fact well over 90%. You can see the printout of results here. The rules governing our endorsement process are explained here.

Why are other races missing? Because in the interest of party unity we do not endorse in primary races where there are two or more Democrats running for the same office.

Following the August 2 Primary Election, we will hold another online vote to determine the remainder of our 2022 general election candidate endorsements, as well as ballot measure endorsements. Make sure to become a member or renew membership by July 26 in order to be able to vote on these endorsements.

Thank you to everyone who voted!
