Currently inactive, but if you are interested in helping to re-activate, we can connect you with others who are also working towards that goal.

The Whatcom County Democratic Women’s Club is independent, and is a ratified official Affiliated Organization of the Whatcom County Democratic Central Committee. The Women’s Club has it’s own Bylaws, Standing Rules, dues, and membership.

The Club is also an official chapter of the Washington State Federation of Democratic Women.

Whatcom Democratic Labor Alliance

The Whatcom Democratic Labor Alliance believes all honest work is honorable and should be treated with dignity and respect. The alliance’s goal is to forge a stronger relationship between the local Democratic Party and local union and non-union workers.  The goals of the WDLA shall be to:

  • Serve as a resource to Democratic candidates and elected officials on labor issues

  • Help build bridges between Democratic candidates and elected officials on the one hand, and union and non-union workers on the other

  • Inspire greater participation in the Democratic Party from union and non-union workers

  • Represent the interests of all workers, both union and non-union, on the Executive Board of the Whatcom Democrats

The labor alliance meets on the third Tuesday of every month at 6:00 PM via Zoom. Contact Aisha Womack at for the zoom information.
