FUSE Washington is a nonprofit progressive advocacy organization that is a member of the nationwide ProgressNow network. If publishes the Progressive Voters Guide online, including a guide specific to Whatcom County and Bellingham:

Whatcom-based Riveters Collective “discovers, develops, and promotes effective progressive civic action in Whatcom County and neighboring communities.” It interviews candidates after having them complete questionnaires. Their 2023 primary endorsements are on their website:
